Optima Cloud subscription terms

These terms apply to paid use of Optima Cloud. They are product terms for checkout consent. They are not a substitute for independent legal advice.

Authorised use

Optima Cloud is provided for authorised organisational use. Access to restricted areas requires authentication. Users must protect their credentials and must not attempt to access areas or information for which they are not authorised. Unauthorised access or misuse is prohibited. Optima Cloud may monitor access and service operation for security, support and operational purposes.

Subscription and auto-renewal

The recurring charge is the organisation’s current subscription: the plan price plus any priced add-ons on that subscription. Practitioner seats are a licence cap in the product; they are not a separate Stripe quantity unless an add-on says otherwise.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled.

Pricing, GST and invoices

Prices are in Australian dollars and include 10% GST. Each successful charge produces a tax invoice. GST is shown as 1/11 of the GST-inclusive total. Invoices are issued by Stripe on behalf of Optima Cloud and stored in the organisation Billing page. The tax invoice includes the seller legal name, ABN (when configured), address, invoice number, date, description of the supply, and GST amount.

Payment

Payment is collected by Stripe. Optima Cloud does not store card numbers. You can update the payment method in the Stripe Customer Portal from Billing.

Cancellation

A billing administrator may cancel at the end of the current billing period from Billing or via the Customer Portal. Access continues until the period ends. Cancelling does not delete the organisation immediately.

Failed payment

If a charge fails, the subscription may become past due. Access can continue for a short grace period, then be withdrawn until payment succeeds.
