Optima Cloud respects the privacy of users of its online services.

When you access this site, limited technical information may be processed as necessary to operate, protect and maintain the service. This may include information associated with authentication, security, service operation and access logging.

Application data is stored in Australia East (Sydney) on Microsoft Azure. Email delivery and payment processing are provided by subprocessors (Google Workspace, Mailgun and Stripe) and may process limited personal information outside Australia.

Information is handled in accordance with applicable privacy requirements and Optima Cloud policies. Access to restricted areas is limited to authorised users.
